lazy valley Glastonbury, CT, 2005—2007

This project renovates and adds to a 17th century saltbox house. Inspired both by traditional New England "connected" architecture and minimalist modernism, the large expanses of glazing over look a stunning 7 acre meadow and pond. The addition with it's separate guest house, decks and wide overhanging roofs is a modern counterpoint to the antique house and barn. Our Sustainable design deploys a range of Renewable Materials including super-insulating SIPs panels.
