Our client asked us to solve their dual needs for a garage for their cars and a separate space to work on their high performance vehicles. The solution is a two-level structure with two bays above and a single bay with a work space lift below. The massing and details are intended to compliment their wonderfully preserved 1930's craftsman style bungelow.
