The goal of this project was to enliven the pedestrian experience along Seaport Lane at the Seaport Hotel. We proposed a series of retail and food tenants be located along this corridor - the resulting foot traffic, environmental graphics and out-door seating attracted foot traffic to this once baron streetscape.
