We transformed this previously desolate concrete roofscape into an inviting, livable green space. This large, sunny plaza accommodates pedestrians and service trucks alike. The initial focus of the project was to replace the waterproofing system which was leaking onto Commonwealth Hall below. Our design is a cost effective solution which transforms the experience of walking along the Boulevard while solving the waterproofing issues.
