In this project we consolidated twelve Seaport Boston departments and four event spaces dispersed in the World Trade Center Boston. The total Gross Leasable Area of 21,600 square feet is relocated to three clusters centered on the atrium of the main lobby. The previously separated departments are co-located to increase efficiency and facilitate interaction. The three story atrium acts as a light, open circulation spine for the offices and the 5,400 square feet of valuable event space.
