This is a place to Celebrate Food!! Test Kitchen is a 1,600 sf space used for team building and similar events which feature haute cuisine cooking. We use materials and equipment that bridge commercial and high end residential kitchens. There are three zones: Reception, Kitchen and Dining. Each is bounded by a cleft slate wall. SITK has infrastructure to support televised cooking demonstrations, appearances and cuisine-inspired events.
