We were originally charged with repairing a leaking roof membrane, but the design team and our client seized the opportunity to reimagine this space more fully.
By creating intermediate and terminal gathering spots and carefully selected materials and plantings, we transformed a utility access road into an amenity. In addition to generating revenue as an outdoor event space, the Boulevard now contributes to the strong sense of place on the top of Boston's Seaport World Trade Center.
